Voluntary 7-day policy

LegalSkills AI voluntarily accepts refund requests submitted within 7 calendar days after the original Stripe purchase. This is a product policy, not a statement that any particular consumer-law obligation applies to every purchase.

How to request

Email leonardo@rsabr.adv.br from the email used at checkout, include your Stripe receipt or purchase email, and state that you are requesting a refund. Do not send passwords, magic links, or sensitive client information.

Scope

Approved refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method when possible. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be limited by applicable law. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled through Stripe and the relevant payment provider.

Access after refund

When a refund is issued, access to the refunded purchase may be withdrawn. Questions about a missing link should be sent to the same support email.
