Privacy Policy

This policy describes how LegalSkills AI handles information collected through this website and member access. It describes our current practices; it is not a promise that a particular legal framework applies to every visitor.

Information we collect

When you request free access, we collect the name, email address, and optional phone number you submit. When you request member access, we use the email address you provide. Stripe processes payment details; LegalSkills AI does not collect card numbers through this site. On landing-page visits, checkout starts, and confirmed purchases, we also process the public IP address, approximate city/region/country, and the Meta ad-set parameters present in the landing-page URL. IP-based location is approximate and is not a street address.

How we use it

We use contact information to provide access, respond to requests, operate the product, prevent abuse, and communicate about the requested access. Limited visit and checkout context is used for advertising measurement and private owner notifications. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use Supabase for application data and access functions, Microsoft 365 for email delivery and support communications, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, IPWhois for approximate IP geolocation, and Telegram for private operational notifications to the product owner. We use Meta Pixel and related conversion measurement for advertising analytics. Google Analytics is not active.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as needed for product operation, support, security, and applicable recordkeeping. You may ask questions about your information or request access support by emailing leonardo@rsabr.adv.br.

Changes

We may update this policy when practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
